How do I track my order?
Most all items ship within 48 hours. Since it's coming from our store, and not a warehouse, we will need to carefully wrap the item for shipping. We will send you your order's tracking information within 48 hours. via email. Depending on the carrier, you can contact them directly for the delivery status.
How can I contact your couriers?
When you receive the shipping information, you can contact the shippers directly with the tracking information. Most carriers provide an "on-line" means to tracking. We'll include the link, too.
What are your delivery options?
We will offer the lowest cost for ground shipping.
There are premium services (like 2nd-day, and next-day) for those that must have the delivery expedited.
What is your returns policy?
All items are sold "As-Is" unless otherwise stated. Most every item is one-of-a-kind. Please call us to get a complete description. We'll gladly tell you about any knicks or scars or send you more pictures if you want to see it better.. If the item is electronic, we promise it is working or we would not sell it. If you find it is not working, contact us and we'll work out for an equivalent item or for store credit.
How do I return an item?
If after we discuss about the electronic item and we all determine what have gone wrong, then please bring it back to the store.
