The Story Of Jodi
Hi, and welcome to our shop. Thank you so much for shopping at Jodi's Home Designs & Vintage Shop. We are the original one of a kind shopping experience.
My name is Jodi Friedman and I live in sunny California with my husband James and two teenagers 18 teen year old Gabrielle and 14 teen years old Adam.
My journey began many years ago, However, from all the travel and relocations for my husbands career.
(The Trailing Spouse) Jodi's Home Designs & Vintage Shop was born. It was difficult moving all over the country, basically starting over each time. Fortunately, it helped me hone my skills, fixing up homes and business--it was a very natural process for me.
I attended the Art Institute and The American Intercontinental University with a double major in Fashion Design & Marketing. I've worked in New York City as a designer in theater and on movie sets. I think that is why my children love the industry so much.
I discovered I had a niche for putting things together. Even though my love for shopping and finding unique things has never stopped, my mission has always been to help others realize how awesome and wonderful resale items will work with your home decor.
I also like to share ideas and techniques from my personal experiences. I have always loved old Vintage things and have felt very comfortable around them, mixing old with the new together making it interesting and fun.
I hope to show you how easy it can be to make simple changes and end any misconceptions about buying resale items.

Over the years, it feels like my family has done an infinite amount of moving. This situation has its own challenges and rewards. We have gathered a ton of stuff that has chronicled our life. This is my journey.
The pink lotus flower is perhaps one of the most celebrated flowers that there is. It is considered sacred, and it is associated within the highest realms of Buddhism, with the Buddha himself, many kings, and the highest deity often depicted with this plant.
